The exact cancellation rules are determined by the respective travel portal and must be followed by Bookiply. However, most portals offer different cancellation rules and Bookiply has chosen the most host-friendly one in each case.
For example, bookings made through the Holidu channel are subject to a 25% cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival and 100% for later cancellations.

In case of a cancellation by the host, fees will be charged, because not only the guest will have a negative experience with Bookiply and may give us a negative review, but also most portals will then actively look for alternatives for the guest and charge Bookiply with the additional costs. Therefore, cancellations by the host should only happen in exceptional cases.
10% cancellation fee for cancellations within 7 days after booking
20% cancellation fee for cancellations after 8-15 days after booking
30% cancellation fee for cancellations more than 15 days after booking
Cancellation will be handled exclusively by Bookiply Customer Service at the request of the host. Bookiply will then take over the communication with the guest and the travel portal.
