It has been fully renovated with care, respecting the long history of this former 17th-century farmhouse. The property is located in a quiet hamlet, just 1 km from the center of Saint-Georges-de-Reintembault, where you’ll find local shops such as a bakery, a cinema, a gas station, and a small supermarket.
It’s 10 km from the A84 motorway, between Mont-Saint-Michel and the medieval town of Fougères, and close to tourist attractions like amusement parks, botanical gardens, and castles. You can easily reach Dinan, Dinard, Cherrueix, Carolles beach, the Mont-Saint-Michel bay viewpoint, and Avranches—famous for its archives center—in less than half an hour by road or highway.
Many other destinations in Normandy are also quickly accessible from the house. La Guinchère offers an ideal setting to explore the region and enjoy a peaceful stay, while being close to many points of interest.
