The TV and air conditioning were nice, the covered parking spot kept the car cool, and the balcony really saved the stay.
In the kitchen, the provided sponges were heavily used and had an unpleasant odor, and some of the dishes weren't fully clean. The Wi-Fi stopped working halfway through our trip. Additionally, when we asked the host about the nearest dog-friendly beaches, the response was unhelpful, essentially telling us to just go down to the lake and check for ourselves.
